- Minimum stay: 32 nights. Past 31 nights the rental falls under the Civil Code rather than Quebec’s tourist-accommodation regime (CITQ).
- Deposit: 50% at contract signing, by Interac e-Transfer.
- Security: $2,000 by separate Interac, returned within 7 days after departure if all is in order.
- Final cleaning fee: $300.
- Check-in: 3 pm. Check-out: 11 am.
What is the cancellation policy? More than 60 days before arrival: 100% deposit refunded. Between 30 and 60 days: 50%. Less than 30 days: non-refundable, except documented force majeure.
