Full terms
- Minimum stay: 1 month.
- Capacity: 8 adults and 6 children included.
- Deposit: 50% at contract signing, by Interac e-Transfer.
- Balance: 30 days before arrival, by Interac e-Transfer.
- Security: $2,000 by separate Interac, returned within 7 days after departure if all is in order.
- Final cleaning fee: $300.
- Check-in: 3 pm. Check-out: 11 am.
- Non-smoking indoors. No pets.
- Outdoor firewood provided. Linens and towels included.
- Watercraft: kayaks and paddleboards available. Usage rules provided on arrival.
- Renter-brought boat: prior declaration and approval required. Accepted: pontoon ≤ 60 HP, rowboat, sailboat. Refused: wake/wakesurf/water-ski boats with ballast, personal watercraft (Sea-Doo), motor > 60 HP. Valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) and renter liability insurance required.
